User Story: SPARQL Endpoint #4

As a user, I would like to send SPARQL query to query the content of the node's catalog. I expect to find the SPARQL endpoint URL on the node's landing page (MIR).

done on fargate/docker compose version. exposes a SPARQL endpoint that is routed to blazegraph backend
