EnergyPlus™ is a whole building energy simulation program that engineers, architects, and researchers use to model both energy consumption and water use in buildings.
User file has two SizingPeriod:WeatherFileConditionType objects and not other sizing periods. Simulation crashes with an array bounds error in CollectPeakZoneConditions which is triggered by the ZoneComponentLoadSummary.
Workaround
Disable the ZoneComponentLoadSummary report.
Or add a dummy design day like this one, but it's not clear if the ZoneComponentLoadSummary will report the correct peak conditions in this case.
