Wizard on small screens #314

For the most part the wizard is okay on small screens but there are a few places that things get dicey. Make a pass through the wizard and see if there is anywhere that can get cleaned up

A first pass of this was done for alpha release. Still a WIP. moving back and removing high priority for the time being.
