NRWAL should be able to run after SC module #462

Should hook up NRWAL to run on CSV inputs for offshore runs in FY25

low priority. NRWAL can already run from df when not run as reV-NRWAL

We can? Why do you say technically, does it require a workaround?

you can't run reV-NRWAL on the supply curve, but you can run NRWAL. No "workaround" is required. For this year's bespoke runs, I just ran NRWAL on the supply curve centroids as a dataframe and it was super easy

Ah, right. I'm going to leave this open anyway so it can operate within a standard pipeline.
