Inconsistent naming of Rhodesmill #84

I observed an inconsistency in the naming pattern for Rhodesmill in the codebase. At times, it's written as RhodesMill, while in other instances, it's Rhodesmill. Refactor the code to maintain a consistent naming scheme throughout.
