Grab the value of the sequence ID at CHX's eiger and put it in the RunStop #82

The sequence ID from the eiger camera is a required part of the file name that the eiger writes out. We should be capturing this value to aid in data discovery later.

The sequence ID is being captured in filestore. (This was true in the old implementation, and it is also true in the new implementation.) Do we also need to capture it in metadatastore? If so, it should be added to the configuration_attrs. But I'd like to understand better why that is necessary.
