Fixes NTD-Modelling-Consortium/EndGame-Project#14

Allows the R script to specify specific points it is interested in getting the prevalence for and therefore able to fit to multiple points.

@RaihaTuiTaura could I get a review on this from you - it is extending the python / R wrapper to be able to specify multiple years for the fitting, with some error handling to catch mistakes early. Let me know if you have any questions :)
