This pull request implements new MINERvA data samples based on Phys. Rev. D 100, 052008 (2019), https://arxiv.org/abs/1906.08300. They've been checked using a comparison to GENIE v3 G18_01a_00_000 and appear to be working with a couple of caveats:
Except for the pion kinetic energy sample (MINERvA_CC1pim_XSec_1DTpi_antinu), successfully running nuiscomp requires the <config UseSVDInverse="1" /> setting in the card file. With the SVD inverse option enabled, the comparisons and χ² values seem reasonable.
There appears to be a problem with the Enu data provided in the supplementary material for the original publication. It doesn't seem to match the plot in the body of the paper. I contacted the authors for clarification. The supplement reports dσ/dEnu while the body of the paper reports σ(Enu). After adjusting by a factor related to the bin width, the σ(Enu) comparison now looks fine.
