Feature/flat tree input handler #58

GenericVectors FlatTree input handler added that can be used with

-i FLATTREE:T2KND_FHC_numu_H2O_GENIEv3_G18_10b_00_000_1M_0000_NUISFLAT.root

Checked that the stack kinematics match between the original file, and the newly calculated file in all cases.
