[ERROR] [launch]: Caught exception in launch (see debug for traceback): Cannot shutdown a ROS adapter that is not running #106

I ran this on a couple of platforms over here and it operates as expected.

I think this might just be an issue that console output is a bit confusing.

Which system are you running on? Do you have a screen? If so can you see the reconstructed mesh in rviz?

The Rviz process died, so I couldn't see the reconstructed mesh

The issue I believe that you're seeing is that Rviz is shutting down when the dataset ends. The quickstart dataset is very short so this can appear like something is wrong. We'll update this behaviour at the next oppportunity, however in the mean time, you can change the line here

from: on_exit=Shutdown() to: on_exit=None
