how to install this properly?

i cloned the repo and restarted the app and no messages, just waiting

auto1111 version 1.8.0 - python 3.10.13 on ubuntu

I am testing on windows and same

fresh install of automatic1111 SD Web UI

cloned Stable-Diffusion-WebUI-TensorRT into extensions

restarting the app

no messages just hanging

python 3.10.11
