Endless loading. #302

I have followed all instructions and after restarting UI i got endless loading with this stuck on terminal:

Python 3.11.4 (tags/v3.11.4:d2340ef, Jun 7 2023, 05:45:37) [MSC v.1934 64 bit (AMD64)] Version: v1.8.0 Commit hash: bef51aed032c0aaa5cfd80445bc4cf0d85b408b5 _

I use RTX4060 with 8gb VRAM and win10.

At first i thought i had the same issue, so i reinstalled Automatic1111 completely. It looks like the Download takes about 5 Minutes. After that the extension was installed on my machine.

Confirm this issue. Extention downloaded, but installation of dependencies not started.

NVIDIA RTX A4000 NVIDIA-SMI 550.54.15 Driver Version: 550.54.15 CUDA Version: 12.4
