Digital vibrance support for Wayland #104

Hi there.

Is there any way we can get support for digital vibrance control when using Wayland?

Currently, I use https://github.com/libvibrant/vibrantLinux, but it does not work with Wayland. https://github.com/libvibrant/vibrantLinux/issues/27 may be of interest.

Bump! The only reason I'm still on X11 is because I'm waiting for this feature.

Ditto! ~ I prob shouldn't be here though... I use an AMD card.. if Nvidia brings the feature maybe we will see it implemented in wlroots display protocol eventually
