Entry-style Question Problems

The text-entry style question in FPSci works as is, but has a number of minor issues which could be improved including:

• Even though the text box is multi-line (in some cases) the text inserted in it does not appear to wrap
• The prompt length impacts the height of the entry box
• Clicking within the text box to move the entry cursor does not appear to work
• Text can be accidentally copied and pasted within the text box when highlighting easily
