1) Use only data delivered by Population

all workflows will build off existing ingestion processes
incorporate data delivered by population on March 14. Include 08-12 and 15-15 data on age, foreign born, and lep
all other indicators should be already incorporated

2) Add "measure tokens" to all field names

add in the "measure token" to all fields
include in new scripts
modify existing scripts
[x] decennial_census_001020.py
[ ] pums_2000_demographics.py
