Update source data for Housing Security and Quality for the units affordable by AMI subcategory #242

There is an issue in the original source data sent by Population Update source data for Housing Security and Quality for the units affordable by AMI subcategory to the spreadsheet shared by Pop on 03/25. This spreadsheet only includes data for the units affordable by AMI subcategory. Should be able to just swap out existing spreadsheet EDDT_UnitsAffordablebyAMI_2015-2019 in resources/housing_security with new data and regenerate.
