Description: Occupied units; units with >2 persons per bedroom (or more than 2 persons per studio) There are two common overcrowding definitions used by HVS users: More than 2 persons per room (or more than two persons per studio) or more than two persons per bedroom (or more than two persons per studio). The latter is what conforms to occupancy standard so that is usually what HPD Housing Policy uses.
