bbl='2023597501' council district is 8, should be 17? #113

bbl='2023597501' (700 BROOK AVENUE, MANHATTAN 10455) is listed as being in City Council District 8, but I think should be in 17. This is still the case in the latest 20v1 release.

@austensen thanks for bringing this to our attention. I opened an issue with the team who maintains the data for GeoSupport. Expect a fix in a future PLUTO update

GeoSupport returns 3 address ranges for BBL 2023597501

Address 508B BROOK AVENUE with a 1B call returns City Council District: 8; however, 700 BROOK AVENUE returns City Council District:17

The lot is physically in City Council District 17. City Council District 8 is an adjacent district.

The error is in PAD. A ticket has been created to correct the underlying data.
