• [x] Add variables with data listed under DDHCA-Equiv_Data_2010 and following Decennial Profile Layout

  • NOTE: only comparable variables have data, rest of variables are blank (will be shown with the note that is shown for blank earlier time point values)

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] You can load and view the new Detailed Race and Ethnicity topic and its associated data locally running the front end Population Factfinder and backends (Population Factfinder API and Labs Layers, run either individually or via Docker)

Blocked by PFF API data issues. Hopefully they are resolved by EOD 2/23/2024.
