Issue/16067: PFF Updates: Thematic map bug data not showing for 65 Years and Over #1168

Description

The Thematic map data for 65 Years and Over isn't showing up.

This is a quick fix: In app/choropleth-config/index.js line 175, update id to pop65pl1

Note

Make a branch from staging and merge all PR back into staging
