Not sure what I'm making yet. Some ideas:

Something involving a simulation and an autonomous narrator trying to describe it.
A limerick / haiku generator.
A Heist generator based on a planning engine.
A space exploration game that generates a textual history as you play.
Narration of how an iPhone gets made based on Apple's Supplier List.
Something about how only a few companies actually own everything.
Narration of some other interesting dataset from Data is Plural (full list)
A timeline of species extinctions with procedural text.
Book of memes, by popularity and year.
Random Wikipedia headlines built by a random walk.
Excerpts of angry emails from the Enron Corpus.
Book of tweets
- that are humble brags
- or, with superlatives massively escalated
- or, with all instances of cloud replaced with butt
- or that sound lonely
Book containing the negative reviews of highly rated books, products, or places.
Book of ridiculous or ridiculously superlative Amazon reviews for everyday things.
Convert the plot of Groundhog Day into a Choose Your Own Adventure novel.
"Don't Read the Comments", a book of YouTube comments.
Convert an old book to use only the 1000 most common English words. (See Thing Explainer, which started with Up Goer Five. "You will not go to space today.")
Random circuit diagram generator.
Substitute slang from Urban Dictionary into a famous public domain book.

Love the idea, I'm curious to see how you'll be coding it. It sounds easy, but I bet it won't be :D. My favourite is the 3rd
