Making the CEC branches page more animated and better fonts.

Issue: The images attached looks very simple, the fonts are very basic and not attractive and neither formal.

Changes: Changing the font size, and the font type, making the page more attractive by adding background filters and animations with CSS.

Expected Results: Better fonts, more organized and attractive branches page.

Please assign me this tasks.
