Machine join LDAP when starting #496

Fixes #483 #445

Machine join ldap if it is activated in configuration. Add ldapDns, ldapConnectLogin, ldapConnectPassword, ldapGroup in config variables.

ldapConnectLogin and ldapConnectPassword are credentials with which we connect machines to the ldap.

Add a documentation to create a Nanocloud compatible image.
