says in debug failed to create..... #38

fsr log.LOG settings.txt

i had the issue where it showed nothing in the debug and i realized i had reshade fixed this issue and now it says failed to create.... in debug

SPECS: Gpu: gtx 460 Cpu: i5 3470 ram: 8 gb ddr3 resolution: 1980x1080

What do you expect from 11yo GPU? I dont have that old hardware to investigate whats wrong.
