Changes to the documentation (github pages)

New blue NB logo replaces the old red
New fonts DM Sans and DM Mono, in line with official nb.no fonts
Fix typo in code example for N-grams: Import and call the nb_ngram function from the nb_ngram module
Add a github logo + link to the DHLAB repo in the documentation footer
