docs: add a change log #103

Adds a change log containing the changes for the next release since 0.0.2.

Proposes to bump the version to 0.1.0, since there are a number of breaking changes. Before going to 1.0.0 we probably want to wait if there’s any feedback from usage in production.

The previous commit was missing a signature, which is now a requirement for merging PRs in this repo. Therefore I had to sign and force-push the commit. Apart from the signature there are no changes to the previous commit.
