[New NIP]: Add DCRDEX right into Neblio wallet. #17

I didn't know this before but if you watch this video above you will see that the decentralized exchange known as DCRDEX may have started being built into the "decrediton" wallet, but the ultimate goal of the DCRDEX seems to be to become part of all wallets of any coin project.

So i am assuming they have made it like a plug-in & you just submit your coin's code & add their dex into your own wallet.

Neblio lacks a working dex of its own & here is one that could be leveraged into Neblio. Neblidex once tried but failed. DCRDEX has good volume, even though they have only one trading pair so far. Why wait for one of our own when we can just be part of one that's supposed to make its way into everything, or so is the goal.

So the object of this proposal is to get Neblio team to plug in Neblio code & insert DCRDEX right into Neblio QT wallet.

Maybe have a Neblio QT Lite & Neblio QT Deluxe that includes the DCRDEX built into it, with the trading pair of DCR/NEBL

Neblio team could add this in when NeblioX upgrade completes.

Neblio Core is meant to be exactly that, the core software that operates the Neblio Blockchain Network, produces new blocks, and maintains consensus amongst the network participants. Bloating that with additional, unrelated, features such as a DEX is a bad idea in my opinion.

Additionally, when you have sent us DCRDEX information in the past, there has been no tutorial, examples, or the other necessary developer documentation available from the DCRDEX side (this is very likely the only reason they have a single trading pair, as no one else knows how to do the integration).

For those reasons: it being out of scope for Neblio Core, and the needed documentation being unavailable, unfortunately we must close this proposal as it is currently written.
