3 years ago Autolykos2, the algorithm used for ERGO, will be inhibited by LHR on Nvidia Cards. You need to tune the power limit and core clocks to where it does not trigger the LHR reduction. Running a game is letting the 3060 also do other things, and LHR ceases to be triggered, is my estimation of the situation you are facing.
my LHR 3070Ti and 3060 is not stable on Erog Autolykos v2 algo after running first it gives 180MG on 3070ti and 110 on 3060 but after few minutes it drop to 115 on 3070ti and 50 ion 3060.. if i run some game on pc than 3060 goes back to 105 but 3070ti remain on around 115MH
