Meloetta Unable to learn relic song via move relearner. #2393

Players are unable to place relic song on their meloetta after it does not spawn with the move due to it spawning at level 50 and the move being learned by the pokemon at level 50.

Steps to reproduce the behavior: get a meloetta without the move Relic Song then try to go to move re-learner and try to learn the move.

The meloetta will not be able to learn the move via Move Relearner
