Describe the solution you'd like
Predefine a kubernetes StorageClass and set it to default to allow apps to just make storage claims and have them be provided without knowing about the storage backend.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Not doing so means that dab specific kubernetes resources will have to be defined making dev setup more complex.
