Objective

Consider where to list community skills and how to identify in-progress vs production-ready skills.

Initial Implementation Requirements

Separate section(s) for community skills with some degree of validation
Specify tags a community skill must provide in skill.json to be considered

Other Considerations

Should this be an all-encompassing list of every available skill, or curated based on some degree of user testing?
