Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently there's been a new trend with the introduction of the Decamove. Hip Based Locomotion. It's introduction has conceptualized a bit of a different approach as where your hip is controlling direction of where your going, and some folks would like it as a feature. As a problem, it's currently a bit tricky to have the locomotion Respect your body orientation. It would allow folks to operate in Fullbody in VR or with a Hip bit more naturally.

Relevant issues

None

Describe the solution you'd like

Ideally, a way for a tracking point to operate on the hip does as the Decamove. Not requiring the input be overtaken on your setup as it does currently.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context

It's been brought up in the discord semi frequently. I can see the benefit for having support for such type of locomotion to make moving in a scene more realistic or kore comfortable or natural to folks

DecaMove just released its SDK https://github.com/MegadodoGames/DecaMoveSDK, might worth looking into.
