Why:
We should be able to change our name just for a single server and for a user to edit their friends nickname for their client only.
Feature:
Custom nicknames for friends (client) and servers (server)
Nicknames for friends will only be visible to the client whom made the edits.
Server nicknames will be visible to everyone and there should be a permission for the admin to disable rights to editing nicknames.
