Feature: Just send a little desktop notification if they go into online status

This is a neat idea, although a person might not want to be flooded by notifications when leave dnd so maybe an option to disable that for yourself

@brecert for example I want to speak to you on nertivia but you are either always offline or in do not disturb. I would put you down as to be notified if you come on. Then when I am sitting doing the programming and see your notification then have the option to remove the notification or continued getting notified. The other person could see if someone is "stalking" them or only get told if it has been on them for 7+ days
