Why:
Organise dms, only keep dms while you exist in the server and prevent them affecting general conversation.
Feature:
2 tabs
A server specific and general dms. General dms are either sent when you are friends with the other person or server dms are turned off.
You have User 1 who is in Server 1 and Server 2
Then you have User 2 who is in Server 1 and Server 3
Then User 3 who is in Server 3 who is friends with User 1
If User 1 sends a dm to User 2(If User 2 has stated all dms are sent to the normal inbox then dms are done like how they are done currently) since User 2 wants a server specific inbox it will be sent to a category for that server with that player. Like dms currently but with a heading for that server.
User 2 can choose whether to receive notifications/sound from that server's dms or even display them at all. This can be used to organise dms by keeping them out of your main dms. If a random user starts spamming User 2 they can turn off dms for the server without affecting other people from dming them from other servers and etc.
User 2 starts chatting to User 1, they become friends. User 2 can choose whether or not their previous dms are kept in that server or transferred over to normal dms. They can choose to delete it as well if they don't wish to transfer it.
This is beneficial due to:
User 1 and User 2 can discuss something about Server 1 while User 1 dms User 3 about playing the latest game.
TLDR:
Server specific dms while keeping unrelated and trusted users in the main section of dms
