What versions of mintty, Cygwin/MSYS, and Windows are you using?
1.0.1 on Windows 7

Like xterm, there should be option of 'Always on top'.

There are various third party utilities that can do this with any window, so I 
don't think this is needed.

I actually think it would be useful to be built in.  Putty has the option, so I 
would think it wouldn't be that difficult to make it part of the options.  I'm 
sure many people would find it helpful instead of having to use another utility 
to make it happen.  I'm sure the Putty source could would make it relatively 
easy to program.

Thanks for the terminal emulator.  I've been using it for a couple of years now 
and the only feature I've wished it had the whole time is the "always on top" 
option.

The XTerm build that gets shipped with Cygwin has an "Always on Top" option in 
its context ("right-click") menu. mintty is superior to xterm in every way 
except for the lack of an equivalent option. This enhancement would be a great 
addition.

always on top option was available on windows XP with a third party software. 
but in windows 7, even with the help of that thirty software, it doesnt work. 
Please implement this feature. it is very useful
