What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Did a rebaseall
2. /usr/bin/vim
3. I got "Segmentation fault"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What versions of mintty, Cygwin/MSYS, and Windows are you using?
mintty 1.0.1

windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
I used to use vim ok. But I had to do a rebaseall. Then I got this seg fault
when I use vim on mintty. It is strange that I can use vim on Cygwin Bash Shell
terminal. Also I can use /usr/bin/vi on mintty, but I cannot use emacs too on
mintty!

Not a mintty issue. Please report it to the Cygwin mailing list, where the vim
and emacs package maintainers will see it, but have a look at
http://cygwin.com/problems.html and
http://cygwin.com/faq/faq.using.html#faq.using.bloda first.
