Thank you for your feedback. I am working with Engineering to make the necessary updates.
Spoke to Engineering. As per them, Java requirement is valid as there are plug-ins like SCC and HANA which are part of the Windows plug-in package. Thus, there is a requirement of java 11 to be installed on windows before installing / pushing those plug-ins.
In the doc, I can call out this way:

Summary
Customer are asking why this is now indicated as a requirement in the documentation as it doesn't seems right ? "Java 11 Oracle Java and OpenJDK" It was not on any previous version and it is not in our lab, in the SnapX TSE team we are having a big doubt about this doc, that seems wrong and maybe use only for SCO or SCC ?
