Please add support for ubuntu 24.04 #698

Please add support for ubuntu 24.04 and add the ability to change the port for ingress-nginx. When installing ingress-nginx, ports are selected randomly and the wrong ones are set in the haproxy configuration.

Thanks! I managed to install on 24.04. I added a value for 24.04 and for containerd version 1.7.
