Add pagination for cloudformation #107

Edda is not configured to use pagination for cloudformation stacks, resulting in only 100 stacks being returned.

Cheers. Had to add the license commit to make travis happy.

Yeah, I just wanted to separate it out because it adds a lot of noise that might make debugging harder later when searching through changes.
