The manual "Install on supported distribution" procedure fails with Rocky Linux 9.3

Steps to reproduce

Run the officially documented curl | bash command

Expected behavior

Download starts and installation proceeds...

Actual behavior

The install.sh script fails immediately and prints

retrieving repo key for ns-baseos unencrypted from http://mirrorlist.nethserver.org/rpm-gpg-key-ns8
