connection refused

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

i am in Windows 7, 32 bits
and i just took the premotedroid on the android market (april 2010)

Please provide any additional information below.

the thing is premotedroid say me "connection refused" but i took a look in 
the setting and i have the same IP adress whith the same port beetween the 
phone and the server application on my computer

so please help me
