hi!! this issue arised when i updated signed paintings to its newest version 1.10.0. apparently the ui is tied to the scale of minecrafts own ui as ive tested this in a version of minecraft without any mods to see whats causing the problem. so setting minecrafts gui scale to auto fixes the problem, but anything smaller causes the mod ui to look like this:
i have a rather large screen so i like keeping my gui to around 3 or 4... i swapped to the mods 1.0.5 version and the mod ui was as big as mc's gui set to default so its a bit more readable for me, but this isnt really that big of an issue besides it being visually. perhaps the container for the mod ui is missing, causing the elements to split apart depending on the scale? sorry that im using html terms, i dont know much about fabric and please do take your time updating this mod! its very fun to play around with ^_^
