Transform issue related to Excel input #191

When using Excel input for Transform, if the user is deleting a row or several, all rows are still processed even the deleted ones and even after resaving the nut file. This was in v.0.6.0.

@Majpuc What is the status here for v0.7.0? Not sure if this has been fixed.
