Nutil version no. in the output files #199

Consider implementing the Nutil version no. in all the Nutil output files and not just in the NUT file. A copy of the NUT file is stored as part of the Nutil analysis, but not sure if the version no. is included here if an old NUT file is used to run the analysis. Check that this works as it should, and consider printing the version no. in the individual reports too. Currently it is hard to trace back based on a single report.

Implemented and validated in Nutil v0.6.6.
