VisuAlign contrast feature request #204

Hi,

I am not sure if VisuAlign is maintained by you guys, but I figured I'll take a chance. It would be great if I could increase the contrast of images when using VisuAlign, much like in QuickNNI. Just a suggestion :)

Dear GxHam, Thank you for your suggestion! We indeed developed VisuAlign as a second step after QuickNII. You'll find the project here: https://github.com/Neural-Systems-at-UIO/VisuAlign/projects/1 We are currently working on an integrated image registration tool for the EBRAINS platform and will keep the contrast adjustment in mind :)

I'm glad I wrote to the right people :) Thank you so much for the great QUINT pipeline :) I'm loving the entire suite. I'll direct any further suggestions for VisuAlign to the other git page next time :) Thanks so much for the great work!
