Currently all of the atlases except the Kim atlas have default regions built into the Nutil software.

It would be great to be able to run analyses without custom regions.
It would also be great if Nutil doesn't crash if users try to run Nutil with the default option (the default option should default to no custom regions).

Default regions are required, but Nutil raises an error rather than crashing if default regions are not provided. Issue closed. 10.08.23
