It looks like there's a build error from a broken link, though I'm not sure where. Happy to edit my branch if this needs fixing before merge

The results from the link checker are here https://github.com/NeurodataWithoutBorders/nwb-overview/actions/runs/7213472824/job/19653453314?pr=144 (just search for "broken" to fine the broken links. The links for HDF5 are currently broken due to HDF5 apparently moving/refactoring some of their web presence. There is another set of links for Neo that appear broken. I think it's fine if we fix these in a separate PR since they are unrelated to this PR.
