Pen or Stylus support. #1

Hello, This ILITek 2511 supposed to or capable of a pen or stylus like Wacom or MPP and active pen? I tried many Windows pen like HP, and other brands but didn't support or generate touch.

Hello,

Some of our CTP displays utilize the ILITek 2511 touchscreen driver. We do not manufacture them.

Our displays are capacitive touch so a passive/capacitive stylus will work.

Wacom, MPP and active pen are all software-based pens.

There is no native way to connect a software pen without some sort of controller. Wacom in particularly require you to uses their proprietary tablets to function.

Questions for integrating a software pen would be best served by contacting the chip manufacturer TAIWAN ILITEK Company.
