Filter out certain fuel types #8

Don't use certain items for fuel as default (wood fences, wood power poles etc)

seems to be trying to put uranium into my furnaces... probably related. (even though i only have wood.)

This would be lovely. With omnimods it makes no sense to use the very scarce raw wood when you have plenty omnite in your inventory.
